I have recently started my new role as Recruiter within Balfour Beatty.I have 30 years of experience working in various types of Administrative roles (eg: Claims Administrator, Immigration Professional, Learning & Development Administrator, Recruitment & HR Administrator).In 2019 I was involved with the Balfour Beatty Returners Programme, liaising with the Resourcing Manager to define the process and manage expectations of candidates, and carried out initial CV sifting.More recently I was involved in the Kickstart scheme, working along side Balfour Beatty's Emerging Talent Team and Recruitment Team leaders to discuss how best to deal with Kickstart placements from an HR and Recruitment side and creating offer letters/contracts for successful candidates.
