Brief the manager regarding the Lifeworks’ onsite response and the steps that will be undertaken.supporting impacted employees.• Ensure there are appropriate places for clinical services to be provided that are private and comfortable.• Review / create a list of impacted employees and agree on a plan for the use of the counsellor’s time onsite.• Discuss the importance of impacted employees participating in the services that are being providedonsite and any particular employee’s needs. deliver group and or individual support as required.• Inform the manager that ongoing feedback will be made to them where possible and appropriate at the conclusion of the onsite presence.Report writing where necessary, invoice and online time sheet completion in a restricted time frame to meet deadlines.
