As a dedicated HR Professional and Management Assistant with lots of energy and vigour I am passionate about creating and managing HR and personnel policies. In my current position I am able to do this with a team of fantastic colleagues. To function within this team of talented individuals as a central point of information regarding all HR related issues, gives me a lot of satisfaction.In my spare time is spend most of my time studying to get my bachelor degree in Office Management. The combination with a fulltime professional life is challenging, but I also experience a lot of fun in the further expansion of my knowledge and skills. My personal ambition does not end here and I am willing to work very hard to reach my goals. My passion and interest I have for HR was founded in my previous job. There I was able to develop my own skills along with the development of a new HR and personnel policy. In the 4,5 years that I worked there, I was able to expand my knowledge and skills immensely.
