- Developed pipeline in C, C++ for processing large genomic data sets to produce genome-wide haplotype data utilizing various external modules; - The pipeline was designed to automatically: split the whole-genome data set into several segments appropriately needed by the haplotype module, format data, invoke external modules, and finally combine results from various segments into whole genome data format;- Provided assistance to researchers with debugging C/C++ code for other bioinformatics/genomics projects.
