Managing a team of technical support representatives, delegating tasks, scheduling, monitoring internal email queue and ticket queue, managing after hours support, monitoring statistics, creating and implementing training for both client support and technical support.

I manage all operations of accounts. From confirmation calls, to underwriting, working directly with our Sponser Bank, maintaining merchant billing and boarding accounts, providing client and technical support, managing risk, and focusing on industry specific projects.

At Future Payment Technologies I worked on monitoring and controlling probing of accounts. I also worked with our New Account Processing and rolling out/programming a new set of terminals we were involved in. I have worked on troubleshooting our current terminals and the programming of those as well. I helped provide and maintain corrected data integrity as well as helped with the boarding of our National Merchant Accounts, maintaining immediate techincal support for them as well.
