Current• Lead an international team of HR professionals across the region• Drive with them the HR business and operations in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia):o Attract and develop talents to secure sustainable business successo Drive and monitor the 3DS HR campaigns in terms of performance reviews, compensation review and merit increase, target definitions, organizational development and employee commitment.o Secure the deployment of corporate processes and policies• Ensure Dassault Systemes remains a Great Place To Work: Run the yearly survey, define and follow up the management actions on Central Europe level• Diversity and inclusion: deploy initiatives towards a more diverse and inclusive company like the “Actually, why not?” podcast (available on platforms like Spotify and Deezer)• Be the HR Business and Sparring partner for the Top Management• Mergers and Acquisitions from people and organization perspective:o Integration and harmonization of HR policies and processes in the acquired companieso Management of the legal aspectso Harmonization of compensation and benefitso Support the cultural integration• Drive Leadership Development and Training• Secure and manage labour law cases and partner with works councils.
