After having spent 3+ years as a Middlesex County ADA, I opened a private practice, initially consisting entirely of criminal defense. However, the practice currently consists of criminal defense, domestic relations and divorce mediation, as I am a certified mediator.I represent a cross-section of the community, from blue collar workers to professional athletes, the gay as well as the straight community, an equal number of men as women, have arbitrated before the baseball commissioner, have given commentary on several occasions for local ABC and CBS affiliates and am a thirty (30) year member of the Board of Trustees of a Law School in Boston.I am a divorce mediator, certified by the State of Massachusetts. As couples are realizing the financial and emotional cost of a litigated divorce, more couples are choosing to mediate, as they are in control of the outcome and have the option of finalizing an agreement without judicial intervention, thus giving them much greater control of the resolution of their estate as well as parenting plan, if applicable.
