As Customer Success Manager I nurture all our existing and new Customers with their usage of intelligentcontract. Collaboration and communication between new and existing Customers is key. New requirements for contractual processing, such as GDPR monitoring, are constantly explored and we work hard with our Customers to adapt their accounts to achieve the results they require.New Customers are guided through the purchasing and configuration process of their account, collaborating to achieve the best possible product for our Customers contracting requirements. intelligentcontract can uploading all existing contractual data and train your users within a matter of days ensuring that our Customers are up and running with minimal time and effort.All this, along with actively advising on new feature solutions and processing enquiries, enables us to offer the best possible service to our Customers to help them achieve the all the benefits intelligentcontract has to offer.

• Customer analysis for ‘best product fit’ for various Sales teams• Completed successful RFI requests, liaising with various Sales teams and Customers• Provide detailed pre-sales demonstrations to potential clients for product solution, from basic 1 hour introductory to 3 day detailed• Completed successful business analysis and consulting workshops developing As-Is and To-Be processes for potential and existing Customers• Completed analysis and documentation for GAP requirements• Development of Functional Specification Change Requests and Product Requests - liaising with both Customer and Product Developers to achieve the best solution• Customer / In House Staff training of Managers / Superusers / Users• On site implementation and support• ‘Product’ concepts/design• System Implementation including Go-Live Support / Training• Full Involvement in the Software Development Lifecycle from a Test perspective. • QA / Regression Testing / Destruction Testing• Test script creation including regression test scripts

Assist in the design, testing and delivery of all software products. Design/update and prepare test scripts, execute detailed testing and liaise with developers and managers to review all up to date testing procedures. Design and create training materials for clients and staff, execute training to all client staff members and to assist the Project Management in supervising the smooth implementation of those systems.Oracle database testing in house across multiple databases and via the client portal in their UAT database. The testing involved measuring the quality and performance of the development along with load testing, end to end and regression testing, monitoring of any performance issues, security and access controls, expected flow and reliability of data into other aspects of the application and also to external applications.
