Train participants in the American Red Cross standard of The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course which incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age – adults.

Provide Pre-service, on-going and mandatory Therapeutic and Parenting Skills Training to General and Treatment Foster Parents who provide care to children and adolescents under the direction of Philadelphia Dept of Human Services Child Welfare System.

Oversee all aspects in the Treatment Foster Care and IRT programs. Facilitate training and recruiting of Professional Parents. Provide strategic planning and program development for the both programs. Oversee the admittance and discharge of youth in both programs. Maintain budgetary requirements.

Oversee all program responsibilities, budgetary issues, admissions, discharges, staffing, site safety, training, supervision etc.. for Delaware, Bucks, Mntgomery and Chester Counties. The program provides behavioral health services to children and their families from 2-21, with various emotional disturbance diagnosis and children on ASD Spectrum.

Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the church's process, procedures, finance department, and facility management. Oversee safety, security, fire and health to minimize injuries, accidents and health issues.

Assess network needs, analyzes network composition, and using organization databases, application of regulatory requirements, accreditation entities and other resources, recruits individual, group and/or organizational providers to meet network adequacy standards and assure quality network.Conduct and coordinate contracting and amendment initiatives.Provide issue resolution and complex trouble shooting for providers.Conduct provider education and provider relation activities, providing necessary written materials.Conduct administrative provider site visits and coordinates report development and completion according to contractual requirements or adhoc requests.Coordinate PPRC activities to assure maintenance of current credentialing status, and evaluation and appropriate actions of quality of care issues and complaints against providers.Conduct and manages ongoing audits of provider compliance with Magellan policies and procedures as well as contractual obligations for multiple customers. Develop work plans to address audit requirements.Work with management to draft, clarify and recommend changes to policies which impact network management.

Supervised ICM and Resource Coordinators for children and adolescents. Coordinated Wrap Around Services for children and adolescents in school/home and community. Compiled the EPSDT packets and submit for authorization to Insurance Company. Staff Wrap Around team members, BSC/MT and TSS.

Provide oversight to Intellectually Disabled Adults in Group Community Living Arrangement and staff. Manage health and safety requirements in the home. Coordinate all care for residents, in health, finance therapeutic programs, medication, vocation and social supports. Follow all DPW6400 regulations.
