Defining the Procurement policy and strategy of the company.Including strategic sourcing, negotiation of agreements, cost reduction and budgeting, management of sub contractors.Responsible for all the Production and Engineering activities.Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing in demonstrations, customer relations, trade shows, etc.Overseeing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations.Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and drive productivity.Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define company goals, objectives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.Responsible for MRP (Material s Planning).Strategic sourcing.Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities. Cost reduction.Developing an organization's purchasing strategy.Attending meetings and trade conferences.Managing of subcontractors.Working closely to Production, Engineering and R&D departments regarding ECOs, and the ongoing development of new products.
