• Strategically led my team to generate the highest revenue the company has achieved since October 2015.• Implemented policy changes that reduced credit business to the company and increased cash transactions.• Blocked leakages in the sales process by introducing rates for business transactions that were previously beneficial to individuals and not the company• Re-structured the advert sales department; which led to increase in patronage from Media Buying Agencies.• Developed two new brands for revenue generation: Guardian Music Conference and Guardian Archives.• Drew the company’s attention to the money-making opportunities of selling their PDF formats instead of using third party e-vendors.• Took up the responsibility of credit control and motivated my team to rake in over-due debts and in one week, we raked in N104 Million which brought a lot of liquidity to the company.

• Restructured the Sales Department to distribute sales to more territories, achieve sales targets, manage sales pipe funnel management. • Generated a revenue of N60M for the unit in 6 months which was more than double of what it made in a year.• Was responsible for mobilising and managing the team that handled sales pitch to Transsion – Infinix Mobile, Tecno, I-tel Mobile, Nest Oil, and Mitsubishi. • Got Google sponsorship on Rubbin’ Minds programme on Channels TV.

• Successfully pioneered the start of the Non-Agency sales department for CMA Group.• Sourced for sponsorship of all 6 events hosted by CMA Group from Government agencies and multinationals to the tune of N180M.• Secured a commitment of patronage from an NGO worth N50M for a period of 6 months to commence in August 2018.

• Successfully pioneered the start of the Soundcity Radio 98.5FM.• Secured an annual revenue of N400million from Etisalat for Soundcity TV, radio and all other key properties of CMA Group in the first quarter of 2017.• Generated more than N150m worth of business within the first six months of joining the company.• Opened up direct relationship and secured patronage with Google Nigeria for an exchange of expert training in Youtube account management and monetisation.

• Responsible for generating new business deals whilst enhancing the existing relationship for all the stations of Continental Broadcasting Service; TVC Entertainment, TVC Int'l, TVC News Nigeria, Radiocontinwntal 102.3FM now Max FM• Pioneered the start of the company’s online team and within a few months, online presence grew astronomically.• Was the top sales performer of the department for the year 2014 and was awarded best staff of the department on two different occasions.• Was part of the team that ensured the distribution of TVC News Int’l and TVC News Nigeria on selected media stations and online platforms worldwide.• Distributed TVC News International to the US, UK, IPtv etc.

• Resolved a major crisis between the company and its top broadcasting partner organisation thereby preventing the company from a lawsuit and near closure of business operations in Nigeria.• Was awarded the Best Team Lead of the year with a record of increasing the company’s revenue to over 200%.• Generated adverts for the company’s programme to the tune of N40M within first three months of joining the marketing team with an unusual 90% pre-payment of all jobs in less than 2 months. • Sourced and gained broadcast rights for Second Chance Telenovela which earned company ratings for the most-watched TV programme in Nigeria 2007 and made MBI most-watched television station between the non-primetime hours of 10 PM -11 PM that same year.
