Advancing through proven success, managed projects and responsibilities to develop and execute effective communications, strategies, and collaboration in institutional administration in multiple departments of the Museum and School to support the goals of the Art Institute’s long-range strategic plan.Select Achievements Include:• Management of all aspects of the department of Prints and Drawings, which include Marketing and Communications; affiliate member development; events; newsletters; liaison between department and other institutional partners, such as Development, Exhibitions, Registration, and Finance; building and renovation; the Advisory Committee; collection acquisitions; budgets and fund allocation; curator and donor/dealer communications; staff hiring and payroll.• Managed the international and domestic search of candidates for Academic Director of Architecture, Interior Architecture, Designed Objects, and Historic Preservation, including oversight of the search committee, as well as transition of the chosen candidate.• Managed communications for the Graduate Dean and Division chair, including development of the Graduate Advisory Panel.• Facilitated admission and transition of international students as liaison for the School’s department of International Affairs and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.• Managed transition initiative of the Museum’s department of European Decorative Arts and provided analytical and investigative research, and general support for slated Ireland exhibition.• Served as agent for the Change Management Initiative project in Strategic Sourcing by supporting legacy programs as new institute-wide procurement processes were being integrated; monitored critical evaluation of costs and benefits of purchases, and provided customer service to all levels of management and vendors.

Led team to research, develop, and fund education programs for Lincoln Public Schools, covering curriculum in history, geology, civics, and economics.

Developed, designed, and produced public programs, including Keepers of Tradition, a celebration of folk art in association with the Massachusetts Cultural Council; researched, designed, and launched new online portal as a tool for educators in teaching primary sources; supported fundraising; managed volunteer and intern recruiting and supervision.

Managed first inventory and created first policies for accessions and lending for the century-old school’s newly established archive; produced programs for students and alumni centered on the archival collection, such as the design, construction, and installation of the permanent exhibit Middlesex History: Family and Friends, as well as a multimedia presentation 30 Years of Coeducation, the annual film festival, and diversity workshops; supervised student employees.
