I was instrumental in growing the business from a small local store selling animal feeds and riding equipment to a nationally recognised retailer specialising in technical country clothing and wellington boots.

I was part of the management team at the stores launch with a responsibility to implement best business practises for running and managing a large store. A key role was the recruitment and training of the launch team and the implementation of an on-going people development plan.
