As President of LBi in the US I led our NYC and Atlanta offices of over 350 people. I was responsible for 35% growth year on year and pitched and won the agency’s flagship accounts. I spent the majority of my time working closely with our key clients, helping them achieve digital transformation within their organizations. I took ultimate responsibility for the strategic, creative, technology and media disciplines within the agency and led all our new business and marketing activities. To create the agency, we put social media and emerging forms of marketing at the heart of our offering, and combined it with best in class brand experience, transactional website design and technology skills to create a really interesting, thriving agency. Clients include Coca-Cola, Sony Xperia, AmericansElect SeamlessWeb, MoneyGram, Neutrogena and other J&J brands, helping them figure out What's Next for their business, brand and consumer.Winner of major awards including The People's Choice for Americans Elect at SXSW 2012.

Managing Director of the agency (NYC and ATL) with clients ranging from Nestle to National Gallery of Art, from Moneygram to WebMD. I came out to NYC from London to take over the agency and create LBi in North America, starting with merging IconNicholson, a 90 person shop, with social media specialists Special Ops Media to create LBi's New York hub.
