Design strategy for business development and enrichment. Adding value through holistic customer experience design analysis and initiatives. Current projects include bar renovations and redesign, zero-waste "greener arena" system design from operational issues through to marketing planning, concert memorabilia curation and display.Involved in implementation of the venue's rebrand across multiple platforms from Vector Arena to Spark Arena during a period of several months from 2016-2017.Implemented design and management of a zero waste strategy for the venue, eliminating the use of single-use plastics at the venue through partnership with compostable packaging suppliers and local commercial composters. Currently leading projects in the venue to improve customer experience in public spaces and backstage facilities, through human-centred design.

QPAM operates and owns New Zealand's largest indoor venue, the 12,000 capacity Vector Arena, through a public/private partnership with Auckland Council.

Founding partner and Marketing Director of Scotland's major rock festival, T in the Park. In charge of ticket printing and distribution, press, radio, tv and cinema advertising, brochure, flyer and poster design and print. Liaison with sponsor's PR agency (KLP). Also responsible for booking entertainments at the festival, supplementary to the music acts - Kino Film club, performance artists, comedy and peripherals. General troubleshooting and client relationships at the event.

Venue manager at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut, Glasgow, Scotland from its opening in 2000 til 2003, then moved into marketing for the whole of DF Concerts. Event management, ticketing, publicity and general administration of concerts, tours and events run by the company.

Toured UK as Promoter Rep with artists including INXS, Simply Red, Belinda Carlisle, Erasure, The Mission, Guns'n'Roses and others. Booked dates, hired venues put budgets together, acted on behalf of promoter at the venues and the events. Financial settlements with venues, ticket agents, staff, subcontractors and artists. Production office admin work at large outdoor events, including concerts at Milton Keynes Bowl, Donington Park and Roundhay Park.
