Role includes:• Working directly with the Head of Fundraising to develop and deliver new and existing income streams in line with the fundraising strategy • Promoting fundraising activities including creating content for direct mail and digital campaigns• Providing oversight and support of fundraising campaigns - including major appeals as well as one-off initiatives• Project managing fundraising initiatives as directed by the Head of Fundraising including fundraising products such as greetings cards and additional campaigns• Writing for funding bids.• Collating research and produce reports for external organisations, other members of the Fundraising team and CEO• Providing admin duties as required e.g. Christmas card campaigns, Easter campaigns, Centenary appeal, mailings etc. • Planning and delivery of supporter events• Contacting donors as appropriate, in a friendly and professional manner • Ensuring team is up to date with latest best-practice fundraising techniques

Project management for a variety of out of office teams. Supporting projects, facilitating good communication, providing advice, looking for areas for improvement and taking the lead on collating and analysing impact data.

I am currently responsible for creating content for marketing our list of titles and events throughout the year. This includes:-Content for two eCommerce websites.-Copy for physical marketing materials (leaflets, catalogues, etc.)-Creating and scheduling social media marketing.-Creating and sending marketing emails using MailChimp.-Managing mailings to direct and trade customers.-Managing eCommerce websites using CMS.-Liaising with direct and trade customers, answering enquiries and placing orders.-Generating reports.-Data analysis to better understand sales trends and determine effective marketing techniques.-GDPR team representative
