Working with often disadvantaged unemployed 16 to 24 year olds in a rural area to help them build confidence and skills to determine what their path will be and move them into work, training or education. This is done during a focussed ten week programme with a wide range of activities including group and individual volunteering and skill development.

In this role I was responsible for the technical development and implementation of all packaging for Europe. I took projects from concept development through the supply chain by working in teams with marketing, suppliers and operations.

Working at the UK toiletry Plant, I managed a small quality team to solve packaging quality issues and production problems, also improved processes and implemented new packs.

I was responsible for the development of all packaging used within the UK toiletry manufacturing plants including sub-contractors. I worked with marketing, purchasing and suppliers to realise new packaging from concept to production.

Based in the production site in the north of Germany I was responsible for the development and factory implementation of new feminine hygiene products.
