As Internal Communications Manager, my role is focused on:- Creating and implementing the internal communications and change plan in a new organization (from a separate countries to a European business). The plan was built around 3 topics: customers and customers experience, strategy and performance, people. I have designed and driven customers’ communications as well as performance communications.- Developing and implementing leaders and managers’ programmes. Objective: enable, equip and support senior leaders, leaders and managers so they fully play their role in business transformation. The programmes were co-created with leaders and managers. They were deployed via workshops, dedicated online conferences, best practice sessions, newsletter and online communities’ management. I worked both on content and logistics.- Managing information : identification of multicultural correspondents, change ambassadors and digital transformation champions and network facilitation. To make it happen: - I shaped Leaders Roadshows - I trained leaders and people on ESN, developed and managed communities. - I managed a pan-European fortnightly newsletter to 1,200 employees- Driving internal communications on specific business projects: - Product communications. Main achievement: Sage X3 version 7 worldwide launch. - “Customer Migration Journey” communications. Project purpose was to support customers moving between products (internally migrating from one segment to another). - Customer experience communications.- Measuring and tracking our success through surveys, random calls, focus groups.
