Judith Field is an outstanding presenter, trainer, facilitator, author. Having been a brilliant English teacher for over 30 years, she understands the importance of communication skills. In 2004 she set up Direct Speech and turned her passion and talents to empower managers in the corporate world, eductors and students with powerful presentation skills.One of her top achievements was her role as Literaacy Coordinator for secondary teachers in the state of Victoria. Whilst a teacher, she also helped found King David School, a leading Liberal school in Melbourne and led the team that chose the philosophy, first principal and teachers. As Head of English, from 1991 till 2010, Judith introduced an elective called Oral Skills for reluctant speakers. This elective became so effective, that one participant who had been shy, went on to win the school's public speaking competition. Another came second in a Victorian public speaking competition.Judith also introduced many fun activities in the school, including DEAR (Drop Everything and Read), English Week, with professional writers and games. Judith has brought all these creative and visionary ideas into her speaking busienss.
