My experience in controversial and delicate issues, specifically in the Western Balkan region, makes me very familiar with conflict resolution and prevention. Currently I'm working on the strenthening of democratic local governance and decentralisation through project management and acquisition for the Balkan region and Lebanon.I love working in an international and intercultural environment, whether it is coordinating teams and groups of volunteers or working with policy makers and other stakeholders.My projects stay on schedule and on budget! My experience comes from over 6 years working in the non-profit sector where I learned to be creative and flexible in a demanding donor landscape.
