Portfolio included Customer Service; Retail; Team Leader/Management; Business & Administration; Heritage; Contact Centre; SalesInternal Verifier (Quality Auditor) -Responsible for a team of assessors, ensuring their ongoing competencies, maintenance of their CPD, continual assessment of performance, quality checks of assessment decisions to ensure compliance to National Standards, and interviewing of individual candidates. Organising regular meetings to standardise assessment practices and to benchmark good practice, this was quantified by having Direct Claims Status for all qualifications. Close liaison with Awarding Body/External Verifiers, including accreditation of new provision.
