Judith has one main mission: Create technology solutions that solve real problems. She has worked within all facets of a technology project, from the initial strategy and planning all the way to the nuts and bolts of development work. Understanding the full spectrum of a technology implementation has allowed Judith to successfully create solutions at organizations such as Lockheed Martin, ADP, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and JLL. Outside work, you’ll find her attempting to fulfill her endless curiosity with books, practicing yoga, or joining her friends on the jiu jitsu mat.

- Product Owner for VISION Equipment Lease, VISION Capital Projects and VISION Workplace- Headed team of engineers and QA analysts resulting in development of a new API, Lease data loading tool, and Capital Projects UX application

- Developed technology road map for Global Procurement Department including 6 COTS applications.- Led, designed and developed customized IBM TRIRIGA solution for new Cloud Computing GAAP guidance.

- Designed and developed implementation of TRIRIGA Real Estate and Space Management module for federal agency, including several interfaces with existing federal applications.- Collaborated with end-users, technical resources, project team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.- Consulted businesses in multiple market segments to identify areas of improvement with their current IWMS application and share best practices.

- Led and successfully executed various TRIRIGA implementation projects- Managed team of application developers to advance their technical skills along with providing performance reviews.- Collaborated with PM’s to allocate and forecast resources as well as align the appropriate developers with projects.- Created collaborative environment for team to by implementing TechTime and social media website.- Consulted on troubled projects to identify issues and provide resolution.- Supported sales team with RFP, RFI and RFQ responses by providing estimates and level of effort.

- Developed customized TRIRIGA solution for hierarchical power asset management of data centers. - Led and executed Application and Platform TRIRIGA upgrade from v9.5/2.7 to v10.2/3.2.1- Collaborated with various functional user groups to develop and maintain a customized TRIRIGA environment.- Chaired forum for users to submit requirements to development team resulting in significant enhancements.- Created and maintained complex Crystal Reports using SQL and Crystal Reports formula language.

- Led and executed major vBulletin version upgrade and re-design for popular off-road racing community website- Optimized server configuration for improved website performance
