Initially as Managing Director and then Commercial Director, after moving to a part time position in November 2013, I was responsible for all aspects of the company's commercial operation from leading the executive team in shaping growth and development strategy to control of legal, commercial and financial management. During my almost 9 years with PCR, the company moved from a general IT recruitment agency, serving primarily the Cambridge area, to establishing a leading position as a trusted recruitment consultancy for the broadcast and digital media sector in the UK, also spreading focus into Europe, and developing campaign/project and managed service recruitment offerings as alternatives to standard contingent and retained agency offerings.

Cimol developed SOHO solutions for VOIP and broadband, working with best of breed partners to provide products to the UK ISP market, including the CimolComm product range.

In this role I was responsible for a team of 100+ engineers, based in the UK, Germany, France and Washington, USA. My team focussed on developing IP networking products and solutions for the European market, primarily aimed at the corporate market across Europe.
