I enjoy grabbing a fine-tooth comb to customer problems and delivering solutions to their systemic issues. I proactively analyze, plan, and deliver solutions that help create a positive customer experience. To accomplish this, I focus on real-time data, cross-functional collaboration, and quickly adapt to customer needs. I am passionate about working with the Latinx community and have been fortunate to be on various teams alongside my every day role at Dell. I am a Lead on the Latino Recruiting Team as part of Dell's Latino Connection ERG and am working on transformation throughout the ERG overall.
