A project lead for around 700 staff across multiple genres in TV and Online on an ambitious project to facilitate the introduction of a digital end-to-end production integrating TV, online, radio, broadcast and archive services. This level of digital systems integration across a broadcast business was the first of its kind in Europe. I managed relationships with external suppliers, ensuring the design of bespoke cutting-edge technology was genuinely informed by real broadcast and production requirements. I Designed and tested new workflows to support all aspects of digital production and contributed to subsequent staff training design. I took the lead on internal communications across 7 programme genres with regular presentations and Q&A sessions round the country to hundreds of staff and ran a successful "ground up" engagement strategy to persuade a reluctant staff to embrace change and work collaboratively. Direct report to BBC Scotland’s Executive Board.
