Coordination of construction administration, including the review and approval of shop drawings, RFI’s and submittals as well as coordinating with contractor engineers and client.• Worked in a residential housing for the Easton town• Worked in commercial projects renovating existing lineal commercial places. • Worked in a Housing project of 52 units for the town of Brockton, MA . develop an architectural renovation and interior layout of lofts, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units for historic tax credits among other for further development.• Worked on a Dining hall renovation and addition for the University of Connecticut as well as Northeastern University. REVIT leader, and interior designer for the project, planned and formulated design proposals, assisted project architect to complete the design from schematic design to construction documents. Assisted with code research, egress calculations, material research and selection, client presentations. Coordinated drawings with food service, MEP and engineers.

Renovation for a Rehab Center in the South End
