With 15 years of experience in varying roles in pharma and biotech industry, my drive remains to contribute to innovations, products and projects that translate groundbreaking science into meaningful solutions for patients. A cell biologist at heart, I am drawn to the field of oncology and precision medicine because of the wealth of knowledge yet to be implemented and because i'll never get tired discussing signaling pathways and feedback loops. But after 15 years away from the bench, I have honed my analytical and problem-solving skills in different roles of increasing responsibility in development, medical affairs and (digital) marketing. From defining the strategy to devising and executing corresponding projects in the optimal way, to celebrating big and small successes together is where I get my kicks, and efficiency and speed are my middle names. I am a natural networker and my extravert side thrives in externally focused roles, or when I am leading teams or coaching or mentoring other colleagues.Because at the end, I am all about people.
