Current-Works closely with leasing during deal approval process reviewing exhibits, lease drawings outlines and landlord expected deliverables. -Provide existing condition reports for POCs for incoming tenants to ensure deliverables align with expectation for upcoming tenants lease agreements. -Run landlord TI projects by creating scope, bids, bid walks, budgets for stakeholders approval. -Work with upcoming retail tenants guiding them through their build out by providing property specific requirements-guidelines and regulations -Review and approve tenant MEP´s for compliance with design criteria.-Coordinate and supervise all on site construction activities -Report to stakeholders on all aspects of projects. -Manage 50+ projects simultaneously in various stages and properties. -Work cross-functional teams, ensuring that all deliverables are successfully managed, executed, monitored and controlled for successful build-outs
