Litigation included class actions, insurance bad faith, antitrust, insurance coverage, breach of contract, privacy, defamation, malicious prosecution, civil fraud, exclusive remedy of workers' compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act, Unruh Act, employment litigation, bankruptcy, and administrative appeals before the California Department of Insurance.
