Pediatric Medical Receptionist
Current- Provide patient services, including answering calls and emails, registration, and patient check-in.
- Manage daily scheduling for sick-visits based on each provider’s availability.
- Schedule patient well-visit appointments and physician consultations.
- Verify patient insurance is active, satisfying office billing requirements.
- Record patients’ medical questions involving their medical history, medication, symptoms and allergies.
- Submit referral scripts to laboratories for patient medical tests.
