Together with the project team, I coordinated the needs of different stakeholders, consolidated existing ways of working and elaborated new ways of working.Together with an interdisciplinary working group, I have systematically promoted the competency development in the last mile with regard to basic labor law requirements. A measurable improvement in working conditions in the deliveries supply chain could be achieved through the development of a training and workshop program as well as the individual support of the individual carriers. As an assistant to Max Gilgenmann, I took over the communication coordination for various projects in the field of sustainable fashion and textiles with a geographical focus on Bangladesh. In addition, I supported the development of a brand concept for a more sustainable backpack label and managed the coordination of the production of prototypes including procurement, legal research and other activities.
