A measurable improvement in working conditions in the deliveries supply chain could be achieved through the development of a training and workshop program as well as the individual support of the individual carriers. As an assistant to Max Gilgenmann, I took over the communication coordination for various projects in the field of sustainable fashion and textiles with a geographical focus on Bangladesh. In addition, I supported the development of a brand concept for a more sustainable backpack label and managed the coordination of the production of prototypes including procurement, legal research and other activities.

My tasks as Head of Marketing and Public Relations included the conceptualization and implementation of communication strategies for fair fashion. This included creating content for social media channels, blogs and newsletters. Furthermore, I enhanced the establishment and development of sales structures.

As part of a student trainee position, I supported the verification of sustainability requirements for the participating labels at the Ethical Fashion Show Berlin and Heimtextil. In addition, I took on the communication coordination for the production of sustainable textile products in Bangladesh for a German franchise company and carried out research for various projects related to sustainable fashion.
