In my work as a hypnotherapist, I found that it is possible to be confident, worthy, and happy about yourself at any age. You can achieve incredible things when you believe in yourself and your worth, but sometimes you need a little help and inspiration. When developing a programme working with women struggling with menopause I realised that even though every woman’s experience will be different. But we all have the potential to become wise elders.We want to feel that we have valuable experiences from a life well lived. Having gained considerable knowledge to share with others. But we must follow our own path. By changing my career and starting my own business in my 50s, I found that midlife can be liberating and give you a new sense of purpose.All these experiences have led me to this – a mission to help empower women to see midlife as a new phase in life, different but no less important than the others.
