As an HDA, I was tasked to troubleshoot Mac and Windows software issues. Whether in person or over the phone, my job was to diagnose and solve problems like viruses or program malfunctions, or direct any serious hardware problems to the people who could fix them. Anyone, student, faculty, or staff, could email, call, or visit the help desk for assistance.

As part of a project to streamline accessibility for graphic designers, I organized and maintained a database of photographs for graphic designers to access when creating advertisements

For three summers I worked for the Finance and Operations department of RCS. I helped prepare and streamline audits by retrieving transaction information from paper archives for auditors. Throughout the summer, I wrote coversheets and completed books detailing the activity of various accounts, including alumni donations campaigns, under the supervision of the Controller.
