About Judith Van Delft

It’s my belief that an organisation is only as strong as its people. My work revolves around making organisations to become successful through the most valuable, powerful, interesting, complex, and challenging asset that they have: people. For an organisation to thrive, there is no such thing as ‘best practice’. It’s about the ‘best fit’. Taking into account the organisation’s context, structure, strategy, HR strategy and HR practices to all align to a common goal, we can create the ability, motivation and opportunity for high performance. It’s the field of strategy and ambition versus people and motivation that sparks my passion. My field of expertise being strategic human resource management, employee experience management, employee research, and organisational effectiveness, I am fortunate having been able to apply this knowledge both externally helping clients to align business strategy with people strategy as well as internally in various leadership roles making strategy happen. Knowing leadership's challenges and impact from first hand experience, and in multiple geographical and cultural environments, has enriched my perspective as to understand and drive performance.I am inspired by people, energised by challenge, and motivated to drive change.
