About Judith Van De Pas

Judith has over 25 years of professional experience in technology & digital strategy, transformation and change management, working for commercial organisations such as Diageo, Shell International and Deloitte Consulting. She has led large global teams and transformation programmes, working and living in different countries across Europe, Asia and North America.She founded Bloom Coaching & Consulting to shift her work to coaching full-time and focuses on people leadership, change leadership and transformation, helping leaders and teams find their purpose, and become clear on who they want to be, what they want to do and how they can get there.
