Overall international project manager on behalf of the Lead Partner HZ University of Applied Sciences, specifically Research Centre Healty Region. The SAIL overall objective is to stimulate active ageing and longer independent living by identifying new ways of helping people remain independent for longer, more selfreliant and less dependent on traditional health care and social care services. Different from the current, mono disciplinary approach, SAIL will introduce a social innovation process of cocreation to identify new partnerships and opportunities, especially in unlikely combinations between different sectors, to develop new, sustainable business and service models that encourage active ageing.10 pilots within one of the themes 'movement and sports' or 'wellbeing and food' will start in the partner regions of the UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Through the pilot activities the elderly will become more active, healthy and independent but also coached in social innovation processes, contributing to an increased indepedence and a durable process. The joint creation and monitoring of the pilots and the resulting feasibility analysis will ensure the robustness of the solutions, i.e. their contribution to healthy ageing and achieving viable business and service models but also pave the way for widerscale implementation.

As the coach of the 'International Student Jury Film by the Sea' I guide the judges through the process. International students from HZ University of Applied Science and University College Roosevelt can apply by writing a motivation. I give a short workshop ‘How to use social media to be an ambassador of the festival and how to post inspiring and interesting messages on social media as a member of the international student jury. Besides this I guide students during the festival. They:- Follow multiple workshops “Watching Films with a Critical view";- Watch 8 international films of up-and-coming film makers from different so called small film countries that are nominated by film by the sea;- Writing 8 individual film reviews; - Actively participate in all group film discussions;- Writing a jury report;- Writing and presenting speeches of the top 3 films during 2 winner award ceremonies;Naturally I take care of communication including social media, while one of the goals of the jury is to attract more young people to participate in the festival. In 2016 the project was nominated for the Orange Carpet Award of EP Nuffic.
