Supervised 4 Industrial Light & Magic visual effects production units including 400 digital artists tasked with delivering thousands of multi-element digital shots. Managed significant budgets and multiple external vendors. Led complex workplans and workstreams cross-functionally that spanned the art department, production accounting staff and unit producers. Led visual FX production for Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones.

Collaborated with software development and computer graphics teams on development and upgrades of internal software. Drove acquisition of new digital tools as required. Maintained complex and dynamic production schedules for several projects in the studio’s portfolio. Assessed the budget, crew and technology requirements for the studio’s first feature film - Star Wars: Episode I–The Phantom Menace.

Recruited to join the 85-person ILM studio as VFX Coordinator to support executive producers on multimillion-dollar special effects project portfolios for feature length films. Coordinated effects for Jurassic Park that received an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects in 1994. Spearheaded the use of photorealistic animals in a feature film, and the first major film to use the commercial 3-D animation package SoftImage. Served as VFX Coordinator on Terminator 2: Judgment that received an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects in 1992.
