• Coordination of recruitment for multinational companies
• Handling 200+ open positions (as a senior recruiter:10 - 15 positions weekly)
• Position allocation and supervision of the 10+ team
• Motivating the team and informing them about the strategy
• Daily contact with the client (position prioritization, interview feedbacks, candidate prediction)
