Judi joined NPI LLC as a fractional CFO in 2010, and then joined as the full-time CFO in April 2019. NPI is an IT Sourcing consulting company that helps businesses identify and eliminate overspending on IT purchases. Judi started Vitale CFO in 2010 to offer financial and operational consulting services to companies who do not need a full-time CFO but see the significant benefits from high-level, experienced financial support on a part-time or interim basis. Judi has over 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership. She also has participated in and has moderated various panels in the community. Prior to founding Vitale CFO, Judi managed the accounting and finance departments for Indus, including revenue recognition, SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, SOx compliance, and cash management. Prior to Indus, she was with Firstwave Technologies, a customer relationship management software solutions provider, where she served as SVP and CFO. Judi had been involved in the financial progress of Firstwave since its inception, including the initial public offering process, the acquisition of three companies, various bank lines of credit and preferred and private stock offerings, and SEC reporting. Judi has been a member, Vice President, President, and Chair of the Board of Directors of Women in Technology, the premiere Atlanta society advancing the careers of women in technology, and Chair of the Board of the WIT Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Women in Technology, dedicated to bringing along the next generation of Women in Technology. Judi graduated summa cum laude from Shorter College with a B.S. in Management.
