Must make quick decisions on resolving or prohibiting client issues. Payroll processing of semi-monthly cycle for 300 employees; transitioned payroll processes from a small company (65 EE's) to mid-size (grew to 300 EE's); set up 36 states, 39 localities and Canada with expatriates on the payroll. Converted PCPW ADP to Workforce Now; using ADP reporting tool, create WC report for audit and regular reports for GL; ad-hoc reports; reconciled ESPP and recorded to W2's; set up first time auto reimbursement and commission payments; implemented WGPS (automated wage garnishments); set up vacation and sick accruals according to policies;

Worked with 4 companies in 49 states, resolving tax issues created from 2005 to 2010; research and communicate with all the state agencies to resolve incorrect filings and prepare adjustments.
