As a lawyer, I am aiming to protect the constitutional rights of clients at the highest levels. I represent clients before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic and the European Court of Human Rights. I have been in practice for more than 15 years.I started my study of law in 2004 at the Faculty of Law U.P.J.Š. Košice and ended in 2017 by defending the dissertation work (PhD.): “Legal discourse and legal argumentation. Analysis based on the theory of Robert Alexy ”under the leadership of the trainer prof. JUDr. Alexandra Bröstla, CSc. with the participation prof. JUDr. Pavel Holländer, DrSc.I cooperate with clients such as Tatranská Mliekáreň a.s., bus manufacturer Rošero - P, s.r.o., construction company Skanska SK a.s. or Albert - In, p. r. o., Personnel Agency DK Recruitment Services s.r.o., Slovak Medical Chamber, International Carrier Orostrans s.r.o, manufacturer of container containers KIMA TRADE s.r.o., developer company IXSOL s.r.o., IH finance investor s.r.o. etc.I participated in five international adoption with the accredited OAA Destinees organization from France and The Secretariat of State for Foreign Affairs of San Marina in relation to the Center for International Protection of Children and Youth (CIPC).I participated in book publications entitled: 1) Legal discourse and legal argumentation. Analysis based on Robert Alexy theory, 2) case - law in matters of the principle of proportionality and 3) Constitutional Law of the Slovak Republic (co-authorship). I also published magazines on constitutional and election law, proportionality and legal argument as well as medical issues.
