Utilizing MS Office and my SQL experience, I provide in-depth analysis of purchasing, inventory, and sales across six business units, from daily reporting to special projects as needed.

This position was a continuation of my duties as a team lead with the addition of new managerial duties to handle reporting and oversight of the rental operations team. I also successfully lobbied for the stream-lining of our rental operations programs, bringing all of our rental pools under the purview of my team.

I led a team of technicians and other operations staff in launching a newly acquired pool of rental assets for the Lenovo Loaner Program. We performed inventory tracking, imaging services, hardware and software customization, troubleshooting, outbound reporting, and warranty repair.

In this role, I performed diagnostic tests and assessment of inbound refurbished technology, resolved various internal help desk issues, and completed custom configuration requests on demand.
