Tasked with "operationalizing" Military, State, and Local hurricane contingency plans. Instructed National Guard, Fish & Wildlife, and law enforcement on GPS and SATCOM operations. Authored a "Pet Search & Rescue (Pet-SAR) Plan" and developed three scenarios to wargame the plan.
