Responsible for multiple special projects within Fresh supply chain:- Served as SME for development of DC QA standards for Produce - Implemented first near time cold chain monitoring program for fresh meat- Managed implementation of collapsible RPCs for Case Ready meat- Developed a playbook for the rapid launch of 3rd party DSD solution- Identified the need & assisted in the creation of Kroger's first manual for complete Cold Chain management / standardization- Assisted in the development of Kroger's centralized seafood inspection program to improve quality
