As a seasoned program manager, I am currently leading a dynamic team and collaborating with local faith-based partner organizations to deliver complex country programs across three key thematic areas: SRHR, gender justice and women’s rights, and peaceful coexistence.In this capacity, I am responsible for the technical and financial management of the projects, including monitoring and reporting, as well as managing partners and stakeholders. I am also actively involved in initiating and setting goals for programs based on the strategic objectives of the organization, and work closely with my team to plan programs from start to completion, setting clear deadlines, milestones, and processes.One of my key strengths is my expertise in engaging faith communities in the development process. I provide support and guidance on faith engagement and am committed to building the capacity of faith communities to play an active role in promoting sustainable development and positive social change. Overall, I am dedicated to delivering high-impact programs that promote gender equality, peace, and human rights, and am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable populations around the world.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of £20m grants under the DFID UK Aid Direct fund, which were awarded to small and medium-sized organizations that focused on gender and social inclusion. Successfully ensured program quality from project inception to project completion, ensuring compliance with DFID policies and using best practice performance management methodologies to achieve positive results. I was also the Technical lead on the Jo Cox Memorial Fund and the Small Charities Challenge Fund providing technical leadership in the project design and delivery against the FCDO standard operating indicators.

• Provided leadership and support to Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia/Somaliland, South Sudan and Rwanda country offices in operationalizing and optimizing the SCI awards management cycle.• Responsible for providing awards management and systems quality support and sub-awards management. • Supported in partnership management, risk management, System & Donor Compliance and internal control monitoring and Representation in global award management forums
