As the Wellness Coordinator, I am in charge of the company's multi award winning Wellness program. Focusing on our employees health, financial health, mental health and disease prevention, we educate on various topics by providing Lunch & Learns, speakers, challenges, excercise, fitness activities, etc...We make it fun to get healthy. As a Recruiter, I am responsible for hiring the best candidates for all positions at Coastal. Looking for engaging and enthusiastic candidates thru all avenues of recruiting.

I oversee the corporate wellness program to implement Wellness activities such as Lunch & Learn's, Fundraising, Weight Watchers, Health & Wellness Fairs, Financial wellness, and participation in Relay for Life. Family wellness events. We also provide classes for our employees on Self Defense, Boot Camps, Coupon Classes and Caregiver classes. Team with Wellness Committee to organize events to get our employees moving such as Bowling and Softball teams, Biggest Loser contests, Stairwell to Health contest, Office Olympics, 5K fun run/walks, bowling and softball teams and several national walks.
