Facilitating Congregational Mergers of Conservative Synagogues

Worked in collaboration with NAASE membership to create a Strategic plan which is currently being ts implemented.

Oversaw staff of five; responsibilities overseeing the various constituent programs of the Synagogue leadership Initiative. Major focus was re-visioning service delivery of Jewish education through for organizational mergers and collaborations as well as facilitating congregational/institutional change initiatives. Developed an organizational change program for synagogues; an outreach program for young families, Shalom Baby, Backpack project and BONIM, a Jewish habitat project; facilitated affinity group meetings for Presidents, Executive Directors, Rabbis, Cantors of Synagogues.
