•Managing the production of client payroll/PAD files, including the initiation of the payroll/PAD file, data manipulation, data and financial reconciliations and sending to clients meeting established timelines•Perform the QC of the files•Responding to all inquiries related to payroll and PAD•Analyze system data and recommend solutions to improve the quality of the output or processes•Uses technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the payroll/PAD process•Document all payroll/PAD processes, specifically for those clients with custom payroll/PAD files/processes

Working on projects including technical implementation and business readiness preparation. Initiative lead and business analyst supporting major business readiness tasks. Building strategy and defining tactics while identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending changes and potential improvements.
