Deputy Director for Materiel, U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USMRMC) Judy led the Army Medical Logistics Enterprises (AMLE) Office of Strategy Management, integrating subordinate MEDLOG commands and external AMEDD Agencies, providing executive-level management of global logistics business lines and strategy. Director, Enterprise Systems Directorate, U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency, (USAMMA). Judy directed the design, coordination, and implementation of tightly integrated business processes as part of the development and sustainment of a multi-million-dollar SAP based information technology system titled Theater Enterprise Wide Logistics System (TEWLS) supporting Department of Defense Medical Logistics. Chief, Materiel Management Division, U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center – Europe (USAMMCE) Judy managed the acquisition and sustainment of 14,000 lines of stocked inventory, valued at $30M producing over $289,000 in annual sales to 1600 customers supporting medical operations in 112 countries across three continents in support of Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom while combat operations continued to increase.
