I have many years of experience as an educator and administrator in diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN, and DNP programs and led the nursing division at Kaplan Test Preparation. In this position, I spearheaded development and growth of Kaplan's nursing programs for NCLEX prep and integrated testing. Currently I provide consulting services to nursing schools and publishers. I present test prep events for nursing students, item-writing workshops for faculty, and career development seminars for nurses and other healthcare professionals throughout the United States and abroad. I am the co-author of top-selling books of strategies for NCLEX-RN exam preparation and I have written many articles for nursing publications. My deep understanding of nursing academia, curriculum, accreditation, and the healthcare industry contribute to my strong work ethic and effective management skills.
